Anyway, let’s do it again. In today’s #brynsmusicselection Something Like Elvis (also known as SLE) but don’t get fooled by the name, it is nothing like Elvis 😂
The band were formed in 1994 in Szubin, Poland. They are a polish rock band drifting between hardcore, noise rock and post rock. In 1997 they added the accordion to their sound which made them stand out from the other bands. The band released 3 albums and were touring in Europe and USA. They have also played joint tours with bands like Nomenasno and Fugazi! Unfortunately in 2003 SLE ceased to exist. However they did reform in 2010 to play a mini tour in Poland. There best track in my humble opinion is Red River, if anyone would like to check them out.
