Another go to place when we visit Wroclaw and usually the first place we go after arriving in the city. Mum loves sushi, probably more than she loves Dad! She gets like a little kid with excitement when it comes to going for Sushi in her home city. Sushi Corner is Mum’s favourite sushi restaurant in Wroclaw… well actually in Poland… well actually in the World! She really wants to go to Japan and sample the sushi there – she loves all things Japanese – but until then, this is probably the next best thing.
We timed it so we arrived just after the restaurant opened… we wanted a table outside as it was nice and warm. We ordered drinks, which for the humans was always a nice cold bottle of Asahi, Japan’s No. 1 beer, a plum wine and a refreshing glass of aloe vera.
As well as sushi, the restaurant also serves ramen. It used to be on Monday’s only, but they serve it every day of the week now, so as usual we started with a delicious bowl of noodle and broth goodness. To follow we took the chef’s choice sushi set – it’s not on the menu but if ask the server for this, you’ll get an awesome selection of the restaurant’s best and most tasty sushi. Yummy!
We always leave Sushi Corner happy and this little bear agrees with his Mum that this is the best sushi in Poland, which is why we keep going back for more 😍
